Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ei4l@usa.com and include a photo of the issue. We will review your request and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

No Returns & Limited Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason once an order has been placed.

Cancellations may only be requested within 1 hour of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at [EI4L@USA.COM] with your order number. After the 1-hour window has passed, your order will be processed and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
